To choose the correct size for you, measure your body as follows:

• Waist :
  Measure around the natural waistline, keeping the tape comfortably snug but not tight. Ensure the tape is level and flat across the back.

• Length :
  Measure from the highest point of the shoulder (where the collar meets the shirt) straight down to the desired hemline. Keep the tape straight and aligned with the body for accuracy.
